In this article, we will walk through how to search for a booking reservation and how to open a guest mask
Using the Search function
You have the option of searching for a guest reservation using the search bar
Navigate to Rooms → Calendar → Search bar
Search options available to sort by are:
by name
by date
by guest reservation status
by room type
The results of your search will be displayed below.
Each reservation display card result has relevant guest information displayed
Name
Nationality
Balance due
Booking information (duration dates and room type booked)
Click on the display card to open the guest mask (or booking reservation window)
Using the Calendar View
Navigate to Rooms → Calendar
This opens the calendar view where we can see all reservations over the date range and sorted by the room type.
Clicking on the reservation opens the guest mask (or booking reservation window)
