Zapier lets you connect counter to over 2000+ other web services. Automated connections (called "Zaps") can be set up in minutes with no coding. You can automate your day-to-day tasks and build workflows between counter and other apps that otherwise wouldn't be possible.
Each Zap has one app as the Trigger, where your information comes from and which causes one or more Actions in other apps, where your data gets sent automatically.
How can I Integrate Zapier with counter?
Step 1: generate Zapier secret from counter workspace
Go to Hostel > Automate > Zapier. Yes, it's on our plus plan so if you haven't already then please - Upgrade to Plus!. There's a whole range of features you can unlock on our plus plan
Copy your Zapier secret key. You will need this in the next step.
Step 2: Connect counter to Zapier
Log in to your Zapier account if you have one. If not, create a new account.
Go to your My Apps tab.
Search for "counter.app," and select
In a new pop-up window, complete the following fields: Under Access token, enter your Zapier secret key you found in Step 1.
Click
Yes, continue.
Step 3: Set up an action with the trigger at your desired application in Zapier
Currently, we allow the following triggers that you can take action upon.
New Reservation - Triggers when a new reservation is created
New Customer - Triggers when a new customer is created
New Transaction - Triggers when a new transaction happens at your hostel
Getting to know Zapier
Once you're connected, we recommend that you also add the Zapier integration to your demo property; it's the easiest way to get acquainted with Zapier, and you can practice before using it in your live property.
